What These Terms Cover
These Terms of Service describe the relationship between you and Reign Restoration when you use this website or request services. By contacting us, submitting a form, or signing a work-authorization agreement, you acknowledge these terms. The signed work-authorization form you receive before any project begins is the governing document for the actual service relationship — these website terms do not replace or supersede it.
Service Area

Estimates and Scope of Work
Any estimate we provide — whether given verbally, by email, or through an on-site assessment — is not a binding contract. Estimates reflect conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage (water migration behind walls, secondary mold growth, structural compromise discovered during demolition) can affect final scope and cost. Work does not begin until you have reviewed and signed a written work-authorization form. That document will specify the agreed scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. Changes to scope during a project are handled through written change orders, which both parties must approve before additional work proceeds.
Payment Terms and Accepted Methods
Payment terms are outlined in your signed work-authorization form. Reign Restoration accepts payment by check, major credit cards, and electronic transfer unless otherwise noted in your agreement. For insurance-covered losses, we coordinate directly with your carrier on documentation and billing; however, you remain responsible for any deductible, uncovered line items, or amounts your insurer declines. We do not guarantee any specific insurance outcome — coverage decisions rest entirely with your carrier.
Insurance Coordination
When you authorize us to work with your insurance company, we will communicate scope documentation, photos, and moisture readings to your adjuster on your behalf. We do not act as a public adjuster, and nothing we communicate to your carrier constitutes legal or claims advice. You should review all documentation before it is submitted and contact your carrier directly with coverage questions.
Liability Scope
Reign Restoration operates as a licensed contractor under Texas state regulations. Our liability is limited to the work performed under a signed work-authorization agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by events outside our control, or consequential losses unrelated to our direct scope of work. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Texas law.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from services rendered, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If that does not resolve the matter, disputes will be handled in accordance with Texas law, with venue in Rockwall County, TX. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site or engagement with our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
