We retain job records — including contact information, scope documents, and insurance correspondence — for a minimum of five years to satisfy Texas contractor recordkeeping requirements and to support any warranty or follow-up service needs. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form and does not contain personally identifiable information.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale of that data (we do not sell data, but the right exists).
